Umesh Aneja: Chief Operating Officer

Umesh carries with himself over 16 years of diverse exposure across, FMCG, Foods, Health Care, Manufacturing and Telecom,. Strong conceptual & hands-on experience in enhancing organizational effectiveness, organization design, M&A, Change management and Performance & Reward strategies. Successful, well diversified sales & marketing experience.

Over his career Umesh, had worked with well known organizations like Nestle, GPI, Henkel, Parle, and Biotique. Prior to Viva Mobile Technologies Umesh was the DGM for Modern Trade with Meridian Telecom and a member of the Core Management Committee where he scaled up the business to Rs. 75cr per quarter topline. Apart from Sales & Marketing of MT, Umesh also has extensive experience in Training, Business Development, Customer Management and IT. Umesh has been instrumental in setting up organizations from scratch and has also handled a lot of vital assignments & projects in his illustrious career.

Mr. Umesh Aneja is a graduate in Commerce, Post graduate in Economics; he did his management from IIM Calcutta.

Rajeev Tiwari: Vice President – Service & Operations

Rajeev is a competent Operations Head with over 8 years of rich experience in handling Operations, After Sale Support and Customer Service entailing Customer Relations Skills, Strategy Making for Business, Profit and Loss Analysis, Demand Planning, Inventory Management & team leadership in leading Telecom Companies. Rajeev carries excellent leadership, entrepreneur, operations’ management, and business development skills.

He is responsible for the overall operations of After Sale Service and technical department comprising of functions like Product Development, Compliance to Quality & Performance norms as per International Standards, Reducing field returns (RMA) and upgrading quality, Quality assurance, Technical support to Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales & Service, Engineering services to name just a few.

Over his career, Rajeev worked for well known Brands like Motorola, LG, Telular & FLY. He has been also experienced working with Operators like Reliance / Tata / Airtel & Vodaphone. Prior to Viva Mobiles, Rajeev was heading Service Operations for FLY India & South Asia, where he served his expertise for overall operations management, development planning & performance monitoring of service agents.

Rajeev Tiwari is a Technical Graduate, a MBA in Operations Management and is also Supply Chain Management expert.
